The plaintiff filed suit against Deutsche Bank National Trust Company seeking to reargue the same claims she made, or should have made, in the state court. Rehashing a state court judgment in the federal court is prohibited under the Rooker-Feldman doctrine as well as the doctrine of res judicata. On that basis our client has prevailed.
